OUR PROCESS

Brand development process.

#1 Coffee.

First, we catch up over a coffee (my shout of course!). Ideally this will be onsite at your business premises as it gives me an opportunity to see what your all about. We will map out exactly where your business is currently and where you want it to be. Then we will talk about how we can help get you there.

#2 Quote.

After I've had the opportunity to meet you in person and we've nutted out exactly what your business needs, I'll send through a detailed quote. A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the quote before any commences.

#3 Concepts.

With the information I collected from our initial meeting as well as the findings from my research into your target market and competitors, I can begin working on your branding concepts. This goes beyond just design a logo. We are crafting a voice for your brand. Usually you will receive the concepts within 2 weeks.

4. Review & final design.

After I've presented the brand concepts, we work together to make any changes until we achieve the perfect design. Sometimes we get it first time round, and other times it takes a little back and forth until we reach the final design. I pride myself on taking the time with each and every client to make sure they are 110% happy.

5. Print.

Once we've finalised the design, I will send files to the printers for business cards and any other stationery and signage items you've requested. I have great relationships with local printers and sign writers and will manage all of this on your behalf. You will receive digital files of your logo, stationery and brand guidelines.

6. What's next?

For clients who have purchase the 'essentials package' we now begin the website development process as detailed below. Some of my clients just want social media templates in which case I quote this as an optional add on. We can now also explore any marketing or promotional activity that your business might need!

Website development process.

1. Coffee.

After our initial discussions, we'll have a good understanding of your digital marketing requirements and will provide a no obligations quote. Upon acceptance, a 50% deposit is required before we begin the fun part, designing concepts!

3. Concepts.

I will propose a design that both is in line with your aesthetic preferences and also provides the functionality that you require from your site. the concept proposal we will include website, social media and newsletter templates designs for you to consider.

4. Build & content creation.

After you've reviewed the design concepts, I will build your website using the content you've provided, or we will use temporary text and images) and then figure out exactly what content you will require. I can write the copy for your site (option add-on) and organise stock images and photography.

5. Testing.

I'll send through your website to test (hidden from the public). This is your opportunity to check through all the text and make sure you're happy with it before we set it live. If there are any changes required we will sort these now as it's much easier than after we've gone live..

6. Go live.

Your website is now ready to go live! I manage all the technical background work to getting your website up and running. We will also now create the content for your social media channels to ensure that your brand has a cohesive digital marketing presence.
